Facilities Management maintains, repairs and remodels all of the district's school campuses, administrative buildings and support complexes and includes the following departments: 

Asbestos
Training and Abatement

Athletic Turf
Maintenance of all stadiums & athletic fields and preparation for athletic events

Carpentry
Maintenance, Repair and Remodel of all district buildings

Electrical
Maintenance of all electrical use and elevators

General Turf
Maintenance of all district property

HVAC
Maintenance, Repair and Schedule district's A/C and heating units

Kitchen Equipment
Maintenance and repair of all district's kitchen equipment

Locksmith
Maintenance, repair; provide all district's security systems/locks/keys

Painting
Paint all district buildings & parking lots and graffiti removal

Pest Control
Remove pests; spray for pests

Plumbing
Maintenance and repair of all district's plumbing and district gas testing

Refrigeration
Maintenance and repair of all district's freezers, refrigerators and ice machines

Roofing
Repair all district's roofs

Welding
Build, maintain and repair all district's flag poles and handrails
